Condolences to Cuba over plane crash

 General Secretary of the Communist Party of Việt Nam Nguyễn Phú Trọng on Saturday sent a message of condolences to First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee Raul Castro Ruz over the recent plane crash of Cuba’s carrier Cubana de Avicion that killed 107 people.
